Pity Parties

It's OK to be Sad and it's OK to be Mad!

The process of "GETTING REAL" and FACING MS is not an easy one and very confusing. You wonder if it's your fault and Why has this happened to me?

You may feel really down in the dumps, and guilty for feeling this way, but give yourself a chance!

What you are experiencing is entirely normal and NO-ONE would expect you to be bounding about full of the joys of Spring!

There is really nothing worse that forcing YOURSELF TO BE POSITIVE! The fact is that it isn't nice to feel unwell, to feel as though you have the flu permanently, to feel utterly exhausted or to experience any of the multitude of symptoms MS may be triggering in your body.

You have a RIGHT to feel scared and You have a RIGHT to feel GUILTY OR ANGRY!

It is no good at all DENYING these Entirely Natural Feelings.

There is nothing worse that a "psydo" or "fake" positivism!

So I say Feel 'Em, Really Feel 'Em!

It will make you feel better!

Have Your Pity Party!

Feel sorry for yourself!

But not for too long, put a Time Limit on Your Pity Party!

I would suggest no longer than 10 minutes a day!

After that it is TIME TO GET ON WITH IT and DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SITUATION!

BE STRONG!

FACE THE DAY!

TAKE ACTION

USE YOUR BRAIN

SEARCH & LEARN!

ACCEPT YOUR REALITY

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR LIFE

TAKE CONTROL

WORK TO YOUR LIMITS

DO YOUR BEST!

YOU ARE WORTH IT

SEIZE THE DAY!!!

AND RESULTS WILL NOT BE FAR AROUND THE CORNER!
